Disclaimers

SITE deploys the file share service with industry-leading known security mechanisms. The client and users acknowledge that the File Share service is accessible from the internet and carries inherent risks.

SITE makes no warranty that uploaded or downloaded information, software, files, or materials are free from viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful components.

End users must encrypt and password-protect files classified as SECRET and TOP SECRET on local devices before uploading them to file-sharing services, in compliance with NCA National Cybersecurity Strategy guidelines. Passwords for encrypted files should be shared through a separate communication channel.

SITE is not liable for security breaches, data loss, damage, or compromise resulting from users failing to encrypt files or take required security measures.

Confidentiality

SITE Share may contain sensitive information intended only for designated recipients. The information must not be shared with anyone outside the intended audience.

Unauthorized use, disclosure, dissemination, duplication, or distribution is prohibited and may be unlawful. If you receive content in error, delete all copies, destroy printed versions, and notify Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE).

Unless otherwise stated, SITE Share content is the proprietary and exclusive property of the Client or Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE).

No portion of the content may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, or used for any purpose without prior written authorization from the Client or SITE.
