Handling Rejected Requests

Use the WAF blocking-event workflow to view rejected request details and decide whether to accept, delete, export, or copy the request.

Overview

Rejected request handling is available under WAF blocking events in the Security section.

Viewing Rejected Request Details

  1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
  2. Open the dashboard bar menu.
  3. Open Security.
  4. Open WAF.
  5. Open Blocking Event.
  6. Enter the required information.
  7. Click Submit.
Field Description
Tenant Tenant for the blocking event lookup.
Business Group Business group for the lookup.
Environment Environment for the lookup.
Support ID Support identifier for the rejected request.

Accepting a Request

After submitting the blocking-event lookup, use the available request actions to accept the request.

Deleting a Request

After submitting the blocking-event lookup, use the available request actions to delete the request.

Exporting or Copying Request Details

Use the available request actions to export or copy rejected request details.
