How It Works

  1. A whistleblower creates a new case through the public home page.
  2. The whistleblower receives a case reference number.
  3. The whistleblower can use the case reference number to track updates, read case manager comments, leave comments, and upload additional details.
  4. When a new case is created, the system assigns it automatically using round-robin assignment.
  5. The case manager processes the case and communicates with the whistleblower.
  6. The supervisor reviews reports and participates in the approval workflow.

Supported User Roles

System Admin Adds users, creates question templates, creates case categories, and manages case statuses.
Supervisor Reviews reports and details, activates or deactivates users in supervised categories, and approves or rejects case closure.
Case Manager Processes cases and communicates directly with the whistleblower.
Observer Views dashboards and permitted case categories without taking action.
Whistleblower Reports a new case or tracks an existing case.
