SITE Inform allows whistleblowers to anonymously report unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activities or behaviors. and track existing submited cases .

From the home page, the whistleblower can:

• Create a new report.
• Follow up on a previous report.

How to Submit a Report

1. Select Report a New Case.
2. Choose the case category.
3. Answer the questions displayed for the selected category.
4. Agree to the terms and conditions.
5. Submit the case.
6. Save the generated case reference number.

Save the case reference number

Keep the generated case reference number. It is required to follow up on the case.

How to Track Your Case

1. Enter the case reference number.
2. Open the case details.
3. Review the available case tabs.

Tab	What the whistleblower can do
Case Details	View case details, case number, status, date, and last update.
Conversation	Contact the case manager directly.
Timeline	View the latest case updates.

Additional follow-up actions

When tracking a case, whistleblowers can read case manager comments, leave comments, and upload further details.
