SITE Inform System Overview

SITE Inform has two main entry experiences: the authenticated system interface for internal roles, and the home page used by whistleblowers to create or follow up on cases.

Supported Roles

The user manual covers the following roles:

System Admin.
Supervisor.
Case Manager.
Whistleblower.
Observer.

Internal Roles View

The login page is the front interface for internal users:

System Admin.
Supervisor.
Case Manager.
Observer.

After login, these users are directed to the dashboard.

Whistleblower access

Whistleblowers do not use the internal login page. They use the system home page to create or follow up on cases.

System Dashboard

The dashboard gives internal users an overview of the number of cases in the system and their status.
