Managing SITE Ray from the Portal

SITE Ray Management lets administrators create and manage SITE Ray instances from Cloud Portal.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open SITE Ray

  1. Open Applications.
  2. Select SITE Ray.

Create a SITE Ray Instance

  1. Click Create.
  2. Fill in the required instance details.
  3. Click Submit.
Field Description
Tenant Tenant for the instance.
Business Group Business group where the instance resides.
Instance Name Unique name for the instance.
Instance URL URL customers use to access the instance.
Licensing Number of users requiring access. Guest meeting participants are not counted against license consumption.
Method Authentication method.
Allowed Domains Email domains allowed for user login.
Customization Visual branding such as colors and logos.

Note

The maximum number of licenses is 1,000. For custom licensing needs, contact support@site.sa.

Authentication Methods

Method Description
SITE Single Sign-On Standard SITE SSO integration.
Email OTP Login by one-time password sent to the user's email.
Custom Single Sign-On Requires additional details such as mobile app redirection domain, SAML Identity Provider URL, and token signing certificate.

Customization

Customization options include:

  • Primary and secondary color scheme.
  • Logo for default mode.
  • Logo for dark mode.

Logo requirements:

  • .png format.
  • 500x500 pixels.

Access the Instance

Click the Instance URL to open the SITE Ray instance directly.

Manage an Instance

Open an instance to use these tabs:

Tab Purpose
Usage and Analytics Shows instance information, license consumption, activities, and participant data.
Meetings Shows ended meeting logs, including slug, meeting date, start time, end time, host, and participant count.
History Shows instance actions, including date, action, requester, request key, and completion status.

After meetings end, users can download a meeting quality report in PDF format to troubleshoot meeting and participant issues.

Instance Actions

Use the three-dot action menu on the instance row.

Action Description
Edit Modify name, URL, license count, method, allowed domains, and customizations.
Download Outlook Manifest Download an XML file for Microsoft Outlook integration.
Activate/Deactivate Enable or disable instance access without affecting stored settings or data.
