User Management

User Management provides Cloud Portal workflows for creating users, updating user accounts, assigning access, and managing notification and role information.

Overview

Use User Management to:

  • Create, modify, delete, and activate users.
  • Grant authorization for SITE Cloud services.
  • Configure operation and security notification preferences.
  • Define user roles based on responsibilities.

Prerequisites

  • A tenant must already exist on SITE Cloud.
  • Business groups must already exist.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open User Management

  1. Navigate to Settings from the side menu.
  2. Open User Management.

Create a User

  1. Click Create.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Choose the correct authorization.
  4. Click Submit.

Edit a User

Hover over the user row to edit user information and authorization.

Reset, Activate, or Deactivate a User

Open the three-dot menu on the user row to:

  • Reset the user password.
  • Activate the user.
  • Deactivate the user.

User Roles

Role examples include:

  • Technical Owner.
  • Business Owner.
  • Security Representative L1.
  • Security Representative L2.
