SITE Cloud Access Portal

SITE Cloud Access Portal provides secure means to reach solutions hosted on SITE Cloud while maintaining control and visibility over systems, data, and workloads.

Guided Steps for Using SITE Cloud Access Portal

1. Open SITE Cloud Access Portal.
2. Sign in using the credentials provided by SITE during onboarding.
3. Enter the OTP generated by the MFA app configured during onboarding.
4. Access the PAM entry shown in the portal.
5. Download the RDP configuration.
6. Run the downloaded RDP file.
7. Enter the same credentials used for SITE Access, without including the domain.
8. Keep the Target field empty.
9. Do not change the Login field; enter only the password.
10. If more than one jump server is assigned, select the available jump server.
11. Authenticate locally or with corporate credentials if Active Directory is used.

Note

For SITE Access password issues, use reset.cloud.site.sa. For local Active Directory password issues, contact the local AD administrator. If the environment is managed by SITE, raise a support ticket.
