Billing Credits show available credit and limits related to project scope.

Credit details can be viewed from this page. Credit changes or scope-related adjustments require administrative support.
Credit Information
| Information | Description |

| View Credit Details | Shows current credit balance and associated project limits. |
| Project Scope Adjustments | Credit is tied to project scope; increasing scope requires credit allocation changes. |
Credit Sections
| Section | Description |
|---|---|
| Contract System ID | Identifier for the system associated with the contract and credit. |
| One-Time Payment | One-time payments related to the project, if any. |
| Type | Type of credit or payment, such as invoice or reward points. |
| Amount | Total credit or payment amount. |
| Payment | Payment method or transaction detail. |
| Created By | Person who created the credit entry or payment record. |
| Created At | Date and time the entry was created. |
| Details | Additional information about the credit, payment, or scope. |
| Status | Current credit or payment status, such as active or inactive. |

- For credit modifications, scope increases, or related inquiries, raise a ticket through the Support Portal.
